Carol has had very successful international marketing career. She started her career with Procter & Gamble marketing – passionately led and built a range of Billion $ brands including Whisper, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Pantene across four international locations (China/ Canada / US/ Singapore). During her P&G marketing days, she moved back and forth between global marketing and local P&L marketing roles to develop her global strategic marketing skills and local operation delivery marketing skills, this has equipped her well to lead complex global business with strong sense of local market executability to connect strategy to delivery for maximum business impact. She was also passionate about developing next generation marketing talents including training, coaching and mentoring.
Carol moved from P&G to Shell in 2014 and currently she is Global Lubricants marketing VP, leading global marketing organization with +100 people and +$15B revenues. Her responsibility covers Global B2C, global B2B, digital transformation, sustainability as well as M&A. During her 4+ years in Shell, Carol has been able to drive significant business acceleration growth and transform the marketing organization by focusing on driving professionalism in marketing as well as focus on building brands/ innovation / digital / ROI to maximize business value.
